These scheduled visits consists of dedicated time to hold space for how you feel and how things are going. These visits include:


  • parent-baby bonding
  • infant soothing
  • basic newborn care (feeding and changing)
  • food preparation for parents
  • light cleaning (dishes and laundry)
  • yoga and movement 
  • breathwork, meditation,  and affirmations


Evidenced-based information about your recovery and your baby’s behavior are included in each visit, as well as any community resources and referrals for you, baby and family.

Visits are between 2-4 hour visits, 2-4 times per week. 9am-9pm.
